Why I started writing

I started writing because it became a way for me to pour out my heart to God on paper. Sometimes I find it hard to find the words to express everything I have going on inside of me through prayer. When I write, I am emptying everything out, and when I am done, I can move forward without the heaviness I felt before. I am most authentic when I write.Writing became a place where I could be fully honest with both myself and God.
